The simple silver and gold sticks create steric space around your ear, by the sharp lines of the sticks drawn in different directions - front and back, and right and left diagonally. Wearing it on just one ear gives enough of impression, but when you wear a pair in different designs for both ears, it gives more of a steric impression to your face, with the lines drawn by the sticks having more intricate directions.
